Workout Video
Last week, I mentioned that I was starting a new workout program with a personal trainer and promised you video from my workout. Well, it took a few days to get this posted, but here's the video. Enjoy!
PS. I know it looks like I'm not lifting a lot of weight, but this was just my first session and it's a whole new routine for me, so my trainer wants me to ease into it slowly. I'll post a followup video in a few weeks, so you can see the results.

I have been training myself with a Trainer for the last 6 months, and I know what you are going through. It is never about the weight when you are doing a new exercise, it is about the FORM, engaging the muscles you need to engage, getting it right, so when you do increase the weight your body will react and create the tone you want.
your form looks good to me, but I am no expert, your trainer is, and the good ones will always push you to create the perfect form.

Training for Aloisia
Keep up the good work Aloisia, get your body tight, if you get in your opponents heads they will come your legs and arms & perhaps head & eyes. Don't forget to also work on counter moves and submission moves. Your height and power gives you such an advantage to get opponents to submit. Rock on!
